Applications of FMS2000 color sorter
FMS can be used for:
Color sorting of raw materials in factories with small and medium capacity of 0.5-2 tons/hour (raw materials, semi-finished products or finished products). Industrial standard machines can run continuously, on a chain.
Reprocessing of waste (already sorted by another machine) to recover good beans.
Multi-purpose FMS, very suitable for:

The machine uses cold cathode fluorescent lamp, life span 20,000 hours (about 5-6 years)
The machine has a 5mm impact air gun, operating 1 billion times (normally at least 5 years of use)
Multi-color camera, high scanning speed and resolution. The machine has an automatic sensitivity mode when taking new samples, simplifying use.
2. Machine support options (auxiliary systems):
2.1. Voltage stabilizer: Normally, the machine can use 220Vac voltage like other household appliances. If the factory voltage is unstable, it is recommended to use a voltage stabilizer (Lioa) with a capacity of 2kVA
2.2. Air compressor: HT Machine Engineering Joint Stock Company Pikasen α+ Color Shooting Machine Should use an air compressor with a capacity of 3 - 5 HP (2 - 3 kW) and should have an air tank, air dryer and air filter. Supply pressure 0.5 - 0.8MPa (minimum 5 kg/cm3)
2.3. Dust extraction system: Can be mounted externally, using a fan with a capacity of 0.5 HP
2.4. Others: Machine base, bucket, tank, ... are designed and connected appropriately according to the requirements of each customer.
